Based on all of your great feedback, we recently made some changes to the kinds of activity that are included as part of your Onehub notifications emails.
You Spoke, We Listened
A setting has been added that allows you to choose whether your own activity shows up in your notification emails. The default setting is to not include it, however you can re-enable it by checking the box under your Notification Preferences.
Certain activity used to be included that many of our users did not want to see in their notification emails. This consisted of activity generated when designing a Hub, changing Hub or widget settings, and managing the recycle bin. This activity is no longer included by default in the emails, but can still be viewed online under the Activity tab.
We realize that you may want even more control over this, so coming soon we will allow you to set exactly what kinds of activity you get emailed about.
Update: Advanced notification filters are now available. Read about it in our August 2009 newsletter.
Notification Frequency
You also now have more control over how often your notification emails are sent. In addition to the previous options (Never, As Events Occur, Daily, and Weekly) we have added the option to specify a custom interval in hours.

If the number of hours is 24 or greater, we round the time to 9:00 am on the last day that it falls on.
For example, an interval of 53 hours would still be every two days at 9:00 am.
You still only get emailed if activity has occurred since your last notification.
We hope these changes will help make notification emails even more useful. Thanks to everyone who provided feedback on this.
