To make your extranet useful, it is important that your clients and partners can easily find and access it. When you invite users to a Hub, they receive an email with a direct link to the Hub. This is helpful, but you don’t want your users to search for this email every time they access your extranet. A better solution is to use the Onehub account login page to provide a single place for all your users to access their Hubs.

You can change your account URL in User Home > Account tab > Account Profile. You can see a sample account login page here: https://advantage.onehub.com.
How does the account login page work?
First, you must be on a paid plan to access the account login page. The account login page will route users to the appropriate Hub based on their permissions. If a users has access to a single Hub in the account (this is usually the case for your clients or partners), they are taken directly to the home page of that Hub when they login through your account login page. If a user has access to multiple Hubs in an account (this is usually the case for account administrators or account users), they are taken to the User Home where they can navigate to all Hubs they are members of.
For your customers (clients, partners, external vendors):
Account Login > Access to a single Hub? > Route directly to the Hub
For account user and account administrators (usually your company employees):
Account Login > Access to multiple Hubs? > Route to User Home
How do I customize the account login page?
The account login page uses the default account theme and account logo. You can change both in User Home > Account tab > Manage Default Look. When you create new Hubs, the account theme and account logo are chosen by default and can be changed during Hub creation or in Design mode.
How do I make my extranet easy to find?
Create a link or button on your existing website that links to your account login page and make sure the button is easy to find.
