We released a new featured today called Public Files.

Public Files provide a simple way to publicly share a file that is stored on Onehub using a short url. On the file details page, there is now a link with the text MAKE PUBLIC next to the URL. The link is only visible to Hub Administrators and Hub Authors. Clicking the link will enable public access to download the file without requiring the recipient to be a member of the Hub. We also updated the link format to a short url that is in the following format: http://app.onehub.com/d/1234.

Managing Public Files

In the Manage section of the Hub, there is a new page for Public Files that provides a single place to see all the public links in a Hub. You can also Disable the feature at the Hub level to prevent anyone from creating public links.
