We recently launched the new Onehub Help Desk site in our continuing effort to provide the best possible support experience to our users.

Everything can be accessed by going to http://help.onehub.com (screencasts can still be found at http://onehub.com/support.)

From here you will find links to our new searchable FAQ and forum, as well as the ability to open support requests directly from the site.

You can log in to the help desk using the same information you use to log into the Onehub service. Once you are logged in you will be able to open support requests and post to the forum.
